Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, creating meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications required as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
