Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is currently seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance and care to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build close relationships with designated seniors and their families, attending to their daily living needs and preferences.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and adjust care levels accordingly.
• Assist residents in daily life skills and engaging activities.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and adhere to safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications required in some states.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
