Caregiver Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will serve as the lead to a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are consistently provided to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Care Managers in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to residents.
• Assist with meal service and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe environment and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
