Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking passionate and dedicated Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, making a positive impact on their lives every day.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being through regular check-ins and assistance.
- Support the community team in maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide dining assistance while upholding hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities are essential.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
