Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

Join the collaborative team at ALDI as a Cashier/Stocker. This part-time role will have you operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, interacting with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and share pertinent information with leaders
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions and provide exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assist in store inventory and adhere to cash handling policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and follow merchandising guidelines
• Organize new inventory and operate equipment safely

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail products and services
