Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service according to ALDI's standards.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
- Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Capability to handle physical demands including stocking and operating store equipment.
