Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
