Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, all aimed at ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
