Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Dietary Manager at Barclay at Southpark. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the dining services department to ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing menu planning, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage dining services staff.
• Develop and maintain staffing and scheduling systems.
• Plan and create menu cycles, incorporating innovative ideas and trends.
• Ensure all meals are prepared and served according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, order food and supplies, and oversee proper storage.
• Monitor compliance with health inspections and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certificate.
• Experience in kitchen/culinary food service operations.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of health regulations.
• State-approved food safety course completion.
