Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living. As a critical team member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and storage areas, supporting the stock/utility team, and ensuring a safe working environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional organization and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist stock/utility team members with inventory and stocking.
- Follow safety protocols and use designated safety equipment.
Compensation
Starting at $16.50 per hour with a Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 Full-Time & $1,000 Part-Time.

Requirements
- Prior service or kitchen experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and schedules.
