We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
