Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
