Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Operate cash register, clean the store, and stock merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register and various equipment efficiently.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
- Maintain organization, attention to detail, and follow instructions.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
