Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position involves cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our company's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain document security, and fulfill assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking merchandise and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
