Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

$16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Give feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining document security
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and other store equipment
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
