Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
