Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
• Follow company guidelines for inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on product issues and inventory.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer queries, and work efficiently in a retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
