Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience beneficial.
