Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
