Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior work experience in retail preferred
