Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. You will collaborate with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adept at working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
