Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory matters.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
