Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
