Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains a neat and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory levels and take part in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Ensure compliance with established company policies while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
