Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi and contribute to a customer-centric shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, restocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support inventory management and store operations
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior retail experience (preferred)
