Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus
