Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning duties to maintain the store's appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management by conducting store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
