Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and handle inventory counts accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while prioritizing the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
