We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain an orderly store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service, collaborating with team members and communicating effectively.
• Participate in inventory management, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including a cash register and other tools.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, operate equipment, and follow guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
