Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaborative spirit will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to meet physical demands and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
