Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
