Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining store cleanliness, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of handling and operating equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
