Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P.: Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory procedures and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail work experience a plus
• Experience in handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements
