Job Description

We are hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. ABF Freight, part of ArcBest, is seeking dedicated individuals to be part of our expanding logistics solutions. As a Driver/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo within the proximity of our distribution center, utilizing safe loading/unloading procedures.

General Description of Duties

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations.
• Utilize forklift to load and unload trailers effectively.
• Actual duties and schedule may vary based on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• Class-A CDL with endorsements and no restrictions.
• Stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment screenings.
