Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Working as a vital member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver direct patient care, offer instructions, and ensure continuity of care during transitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Offer patient education and prepare for continuing care.
- Possibly take charge as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in Pediatric Infusion preferred.
- Certification in chemotherapy and central line access/care desirable.
- Minimum one year of experience.
