Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants. Our Care Managers play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being by monitoring their conditions and locations.
- Promote a safe and welcoming community environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications where required by state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Available Shifts
Part-Time: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Full-Time: 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends
