HOSPICE CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HOSPICE CLINICAL DIRECTOR to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with Hospice and Palliative Care regulations, overseeing office operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate and improve office performance through financial and quality assessments.
• Develop training programs for staff and assist in service planning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Requirements

• RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in hospice services.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial management principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to travel as needed.
• CPR certification is required.
