IT Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our innovative team at Mill Run. As an IT Systems Engineer - Intune/Entra Admin, you will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and supporting solutions related to mobile devices, identity, and authentication for our Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra. This position involves hands-on Intune management of iOS, Android, and Windows devices, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring the security and usability of our mobile and identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions and manage iOS, Android & Windows devices within Intune.
• Collaborate with vendors on support and create knowledge transfer processes.
• Assist in administrative tasks utilizing PowerShell and Excel.
• Implement Single Sign-On solutions for enterprise applications.
• Manage Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication for supported devices.
• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer on Tier III mobile/Intune issues.
• Partially manage other 365 Admin platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• 1-3 years of Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management platform experience.
• Experience with On-Prem and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of Group Policy and MDM configurations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift computer and networking equipment.
