The Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living plays a crucial role in overseeing a team of Care Managers to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to residents with a focus on individualized Service Plans. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong leadership skills and a dedication to promoting the well-being of seniors.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory support to Care Managers
• Support team members in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with policies
• Participate in crossover meetings and maintain resident assignments

Other Responsibilities:

• Administer medications when necessary
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a safe environment and report incidents
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to care coordinators

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certifications as required by state regulations
• Prior experience working with seniors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management abilities
