Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Assist with hydraulics, pneumatics, and oil lubrication tasks.
• Work on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with AC & DC servo drives and PLCs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.

Experience & Education

Experience: 2 years in industrial equipment maintenance.

Preferred Experience: 1 year in lubrication of industrial equipment.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associates in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
