Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Care Manager to join Sunrise Senior Living, a leading senior care provider committed to championing quality of life for seniors. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
• Document medication administration and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized medication room and carts.
• Communicate effectively with the Resident Care Director and team on resident care concerns.
• Participate in risk management, safety procedures, and compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to team success by attending meetings, training sessions, and engaging in team goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications in CPR and First Aid may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Desire to serve and care for seniors with empathy and respect.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Valid driver's license may be required for specific roles.
