Part time COMMUNITY MANAGER

Job Description

We are an established Oregon/Washington Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company seeking a Part-time Community Manager for a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon. Join our team and be responsible for rent collection, enforcement of rental agreements and rules, administrative duties, and facility maintenance. This position offers a salary of $1,500 per month plus housing and utilities, 3 weeks PTO per year, and a 401K contribution after 90 days.

Major Duties

• Collect and manage space rents and fees.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules.
• Handle administrative tasks such as tenant records and vendor management.
• Maintain facility grounds, amenities, and equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in property management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures is a plus.
