Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of product outcomes that align with stakeholder and customer requests.
• Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-related issues to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision, features, and roadmap.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Define product backlog, prioritize items, and maintain alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements, validate user story acceptance criteria, and ensure testing frameworks for product features.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation

Competitive base pay ranging from $110,500.00 to $154,900.00, with additional incentives based on qualifications and experience.
