Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. Based in Exeter, NH, our facility provides short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient/resident population, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and delegate patient care responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current state licensure.
• CPR Certification required.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
