REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) - SOUTHPORT HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Southport Health and Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and coordinating nursing services within our facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff to provide quality care during shifts.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Handle employee issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform on-call duties as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license with biennial renewal.
• CPR certification.
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff effectively.
• Thorough knowledge and adherence to policies and regulations.
