Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Replacement Sales Consultant to join our team at Pella DFW & West Texas. As a Replacement Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our products to homeowners, achieving sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Your role will involve conducting structured sales presentations, providing accurate quotes, and following up with customers effectively. Additionally, you will be actively involved in networking to generate new referrals and representing Pella at various events. The ideal candidate will possess superb customer service skills, be skilled at negotiating and closing sales, and have a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Effectively presenting Pella solutions to customers through the sales process.
  • Closing sales during customer interactions.
  • Ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders.
  • Responding to customer concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Developing leads and referrals through customer interactions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or have relevant experience in sales. Physical Demands

This position involves regular driving, standing, walking, and interacting with customers. The ability to lift and move moderate weights is required. Vision capabilities for close vision and color vision are necessary for this role.

Travel

Most travel will be local, involving visits to showrooms, job sites, customer locations, and company events. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
