Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
