Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Capability to follow company policies, work independently, and handle alcoholic beverages.
