Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring and reporting on product levels and losses.
• Adhere to company policies and security measures, including cash handling procedures.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and other tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Experience in retail or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
