Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with team members and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist customers in finding products and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Experience in retail and operating store equipment preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
